Lux Bluetooth Speaker

In semester 2 of 2019 we were tasked with creating a Bluetooth speaker, paying special attention to making sure it was designed for manufacture. The speaker I designed was to be made from off-the-shelf electronic and injection moulded components. The manufacturing details are highlighted in the presentation boards.

The analogue renders for the concept and final design were created using pencils and Copic markers on bond paper. The presentation model was created using 3D printed PLA, of-the-shelf speaker components, and acrylic spray paint. The CAD model for the Lux Bluetooth Speaker was created in Autodesk Fusion 360 and rendered in KeyShot. The presentation boards were created using Adobe Illustrator.
